SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms govern text-message communications between you and Willison HQ LLC ("Willison," "we," "us"), including appointment and customer-care text messages that Willison sends on behalf of local businesses that use its AI receptionist service. By providing your mobile phone number to Willison (through our website, by booking a strategy call, by contacting us, by calling our demo line, or by calling a business that uses Willison's receptionist and booking an appointment), you agree to these terms.
Program Description
Willison's SMS program sends messages related to your inquiry or active engagement with us. This includes:
- Confirmations and reminders for booked strategy calls or discovery sessions
- Follow-up information you've requested (pricing details, service overviews, scheduling links)
- Direct communications from your point of contact at Willison about your account or engagement
- Notifications related to active services we provide to your business
- Booking and account alerts (active clients): automated texts to the business owner each time your AI receptionist books a job or takes a message that needs a callback, with details such as customer name, service, time, and callback number
Customer Texts We Send on Behalf of a Business
Willison provides an AI phone receptionist to local service and trades businesses such as roofing, HVAC, plumbing, and restoration companies. When you contact a business that uses Willison, that business may send you text messages on its behalf through Willison. This is separate from the messages above, which are about your own relationship with Willison. Every message names the specific business it is sent for, so you always know who it is from.
What you receive: messages related to your own service with that business. These may include a confirmation when you book, reminders before your appointment, reschedule or cancellation notices, a brief follow-up to help you finish scheduling if a booking was not completed, a follow-up after an estimate, a request for your feedback or a review after a completed job, and occasional service or maintenance reminders. Some messages include a secure link to that business's own booking page or review page.
How you opt in: during your call with the business's receptionist you provide your mobile number (or confirm the number you are calling from), and the receptionist tells you that the business will text you about your service and may follow up by text, and that you can reply STOP to opt out. You hear a disclosure such as: "I'll text you a confirmation and a reminder for your appointment, and we may follow up by text or send a quick review request afterward. Reply STOP anytime to opt out." Consent is given verbally on that call. It is not a condition of booking, and no purchase is required.
Message frequency: typically a few messages per appointment or follow-up. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP to any of these messages to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your mobile number or opt-in data with third parties.
Opt-In
You opt in to SMS communications from Willison when you provide your mobile number through any of the following:
- Booking a call through our website or Cal.com scheduling page
- Sharing your number with our AI receptionist or sales agent during a phone call
- Replying to an SMS conversation initiated by Willison
- Signing up as an active Willison client
Consent to receive SMS messages from Willison is not a condition of purchase or service.
Message Frequency
Typical frequency: 1-5 messages per booked discovery call, including confirmations, information delivery, and reminders. Active clients may receive additional messages directly related to ongoing services, including booking and account alerts sent one per event (each booking or callback), so frequency depends on your call volume. We do not send mass marketing or promotional broadcasts.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Willison does not charge for messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates and data charges apply based on your plan.
Opt-Out
You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-opt-in.

Privacy
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers (including, but not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and their affiliates) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and network conditions.
Supported Carriers
Our SMS program supports all major U.S. carriers. International messaging is not currently supported.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
