Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Willison HQ LLC ("Willison," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit willisonhq.com, interact with our services, or communicate with us by phone, email, or text message.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you:

This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, business name, and information relevant to the services you're inquiring about.

We also automatically collect certain technical information when you visit our website, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring website. This is used for analytics and to improve the site.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

SMS / Text Message Communications

If you provide your mobile phone number (through our website, by booking a call, by contacting us, or by calling our demo line), you may receive text messages from Willison related to your inquiry or engagement. These may include appointment confirmations, follow-up information you've requested, reminders, direct communications from your point of contact at Willison, and, for active clients, automated booking and account alerts to the business owner when your AI receptionist books a job or takes a message that needs a callback.

Message frequency: Typically 1-5 messages per booked discovery call (confirmations, follow-up information delivery, reminders). For active clients, booking and account alerts are sent one per event (each booking or callback), so frequency depends on your call volume.

Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. For help, reply HELP. See our SMS Terms for full details.

Information We Process on Behalf of Our Business Clients

Willison provides an AI phone receptionist to local service and trades businesses. When you call a business that uses Willison, our receptionist may collect information you provide on that call, such as your name, phone number, service address, and appointment details, in order to answer the call, book or change your appointment on the business's calendar, and send appointment confirmations, reminders, and other customer-care texts (such as follow-ups and review requests) on the business's behalf.

For this information, the business you called is responsible for its relationship with you, and Willison processes the information on that business's behalf to provide the receptionist service. We do not sell this information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that help us operate the service (described below). If you receive texts from a business that uses Willison, you can reply STOP at any time to opt out. See our SMS Terms for details.

Calls and Recordings

Willison records and transcribes phone calls as part of providing the service. This includes calls our AI receptionist answers for a business that uses Willison, and calls placed to our demo line. We use these recordings and transcripts to answer and qualify calls, book and manage appointments, produce the call summaries and month-end reports that are part of the service, and improve the accuracy and quality of the service. At the start of a call, our AI identifies itself as an AI receptionist, and a recording notice is provided where required by law.

We do not sell recordings or transcripts, and we process them using the service providers described below. You can request access to or deletion of a recording or transcript that relates to you at any time by emailing [email protected].

How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to operate our business:

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
